The Kicking Mules of Temperance Bedford High School are working hard at getting ready for the 2011 football season under the direction of Head Coach Jeff Wood and his staff.
Bedford is a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC), competing in the Red Division along with Ann Arbor Pioneer, Ann Arbor Huron, Ann Arbor Skyline, Monroe, and Saline.
The Kicking Mules were the 2009 and 2010 SEC Red Champions and qualified for the Michigan state playoffs, reaching the Regional Finals in 2010.
It is with heavy heart that the Bedford Football Family has lost one of its own. Greg Mulleavy, father of senior player Everett, died earlier this week at home.
Please show your support to wife Kellie and children, Everett and Erin, on Friday, 1/27/12 at Pawlak Funeral Home (Smith Road at Jackman) from 4:00-8:00 pm. His funeral will be held at St. Luke's Church (Jackman and Sterns) on Saturday, 1/28/12 at 11:00 am.
If you are able to bring a side dish or dessert to the gathering after the service, please contact Kathy Ondrus at (419) 351-1342.

Bring something that fits the theme of the week, but remember that we need desserts, salads, and beverages too. We could also use help cleaning up after the game.
Please check the Football Moms page for upcoming meetings and more information.
All families are encouraged to volunteer during the season. There are many roles you can fill -- selling spirit wear, preparing snack bags, banquet planning, assisting with team dinners, etc. We are very proud of our young men, and need your help in maintaining this strong organization.
Help us kick off the 2011 season by attending our weekly Football Parents Club meetings to discuss the upcoming season's plans. If you have any questions, please email Dianne Schulz or call her at (419) 351-8868.
